While everyones greatfull that the dark mass transporters been released its still a very heavy reduction in terraformers, qse's and fluxs once you pass rank 2200 and its very anoying to find a mass transporter and end up with a purifer or a torpido. Instead of putting all the artifacts in one ncp I suggest removing the torpedo, toxic purifier, and biovap from the dark mass transporter and putting them in a new ncp.
This would look something like this

Rank 2200 carrier
uncommon
Attack 30,000
Defence 50,000
Sheild 10,000

Drops: toxic purifer 45%, Krionite torpedo 45%, Quantum biovap 10%



In addition. There is no rank 1200+ ship that drops stryll seekers as of now . Therefore I suggest a new one that would look something like

I dissagree. That is more a elite with lots of different drops I envision this as a Single person ncp.

I do like the idea of having different big npcs at the upper levels just for the spice of things.. but introducing a different npc that just takes half of the drops doesn't increase the amount of terraformers dropped.. instead of saying oh crap this thing I just killed didn't drop a terraformer .. you are saying oh crap I just spawned the crap rare instead of the good rare.. The desired outcome of more terraformers can be fixed by modifying the drop percentages .. I suggested in galaxy pub that I would think a fairer percentage would be as follows

33% Purifier
30% Terraformer
15% Krio
15% Bio-Vap
4% Planet Flux
3% QSE

Blade Harvester being uncommon aside.. that would promote a similar drop percentage to what pre2200 had with Harvesters/DACS/Troops all being present on the spawn list if one assumed they all had the same weght in the spawn calculations.
