Ok so the Adumbrate Station is one of those artifacts, you can never have too many of, unless of course, you actually have too many of them for your current planets, so the solution, is an upgrade that uses Adumbrate Stations. --------------------------------------------------- The upgrade itself, strips out the research and doubles the artifact / cloak bonuses, whilst at the same time, granting a 5% planetary defense boost, essentially you would end up with the following on your planet; Archaeology Station: Size 1: Artifact +2 / Cloak +400 / Defense +5% - Max of 2 Per Planet. --------------------------------------------------- The two ideas below offer the same reward, but with alternate ways of obtaining said reward. Both of which i believe would be great to have. The silver badge upgrade gives another limitless use for silver badges, and the CTlab recipe, is great for players working on 300mil research medal. CTLab Recipe 5 Adumbrate Station's + 75 Void Shells + 75 Emp Spheres = Archaeology Station. Silver Badge Upgrade 10 Silver Badges = Archaeology Station. |

I'd personally prefer this as a new L7+ drop, since Dan already has CT items coming. A new startup legion has no use for upgraded adumbrates but everyone in the few legions that can kill a 7 do. |

I'd like to replace station drop but smaller legions wouldn't. I know low ranks with plenty of adumbrate stations. EotS helps them get them

I like this idea, but I don't like the fact that there are two ways to obtain the same artifact. I dunno why it bothers me, but I just don't like it. But other than that, the idea is great, I would love a new use for my Adumbrates, although maybe you should make it rhat you can delete the arti that already exsists and replace it with a second research... you know, for 17x Plasmas and stuff of that nature. So you could just have a choice of removing the resesrch for a second arti or vice versa. Sorry if there are any typos or it just doesn't maks sense, I'm on my phone and it's getting late.

I'd have to agree with Billik on one point. Something like this cannot come from the CTL. If I were a low rank player in a mid level legion, I'd be pished off if I unlocked this and drove the price of the useful (for a low rank player in a mid level legion) items. Has anyone else noticed that ALL of the recipes in the CTL use nothing but artifacts you can get from AP? I'm thinking Dan has a reason for that.... |
