Planetary Build Extractor

30 Ship-Bots
30 Space Elevators

Works the same as a Mylarai Build Extractor.

i like the use of ship.bots, but not space elevators ... maybe repair nanodrones and planetary vortex deflectors ?

also, it should be able to work on ANY building ... including ones that can not be extracted by the MBE. of course, someone will then whine that they accidentally extracted an obviation barrier ...

Perhaps; then they become Artifacts that can be deployed on other planets, but obviously they're pre-paid.

I went for Space Elevators for fluff reasons. The elevators lift it into space with the ship bots like holding it and keeping it in place.

Nope. Gonna spend a few hundred million research on our ct lab to get something we have piles of in our cargo doesn't sound like a good time.

Why would people who actually NPC want this?
Dan made the decision to create non extractable artifacts and he still makes this decision for new artifacts so he probably has a reason for it.

-1, even a low rank can get a few extractors by NPCing a bit here and there. No need to add another artifact that already does an existing one's job. Some more uses for ship bots would be nice though.

If you want extractors, spend an energy load on npcing the next time you rank, you'll get at least 1 or 2.
You do bring up a good point though, there needs to be more of a use for ship bots.

You don't know my luck, then. I can spend several ranks' worth of energy on NPCs without a single extractor. That said, for all of the much higher ranks, I'm sure that with all of the NPCing they're doing, they're swimming in Extractors. Like Tree said, I'd be fairly pissed if we unlocked this over, say, the Anubix that's (fruitlessly) sucked up hundreds of millions of RP in our lab.
