why not geting spy and explorer as a new crew like the we will forever be able to scan new planets and defend against this new crew explorer and some nice cloak you acept this idea i freakout

If you make it so that you can add explorers to your crew, you must make it so that you are be able to add infinite passive cloak to a planet.
for that reason, -1

1st, they need different names so they're not namesakes of the professions. Maybe Navigators rather than Explorers and Counter-Intelligence Officers rather than Spies.
2nd. I can see this causing some problems as The Prisoner had pointed out.
