A few of us are getting close to 3,600. can you up the clusters and other top tire NPC's to 5k or some thing. I think we al know your no where near making new replacements, So just uping the ranks would be an eassy simple fix. Also not like there over powered or any thing and with there high hulls and D caps we will still be using a tone of NRG on them.

+1 to the idea, if all you want to do is NPC for those ranks...
-1, if its because the reason your that close to those rank cutoffs(or want them increased), is because you've spent hundreds of ranks, maybe a thousand ranks, just donating to your base from energy refills(be it tri/cube or GP), and want to continue that without losing more stuff.
In other words, i have great sympathy for those who outrank content based on a regulation playstyle... rather than single handedly trying to rank a base.
