I like it but not for these missions.
New mission that's harder to accomplish and is shareable to up to 3 legions? 2? 4?
Not everyone has battle pacts so maybe a new pact and while your legion has this pact then you only get these missions and so does your pacted legion(s) in an automatic fashion.
Can't add pacts during to share to other legions.

I agree with tree.
I dont think the current LMs should be share able to other legions but I do like the idea of a new type of LMs that can be shared between legions. Maybe they could be shared to Trade pacts..?
