This idea started with the small moon...it was bugging me that gp spent only got me a small moon...I could see a random event giving me a small moon but not when i spent money on it...but I digress. The idea is you should be able to boost in some way the planet events.

The temporary ones are a perfect starter for the concept. I would like to see a way to increase duration OR increase the numerical effect of the temporary bonus. Make it like mission that shows up when you have a event on your planet. various costs depending on the event ranging from exotic to ctp to other arts and of course energy.

The perm. ones is where it gets a little tricky. I like the idea of taking a small moon to a large moon...a large moon into a cybernetic city? again make it a mission, these would cost a lot more and require more then one completion. Others could be an enhancement to the stealth screen to add defense or something...

+1 I like this idea, I lvoe the concept of giving us some more control over these events, Building moons/creating rings ect, allow us to even get all 4 permant ones at the same time on the same planet Mind you I would also just be in favor of allowing the reality transfuer to let us "reroll" so to speak if we get someone we don't like
