Was just considering if it might be a good idea to create a medal where you had to stay with a legion for over a year to receive it, and it rewarded you with medal points and an artifact that had its stats increased depending on how long you stay with the legion.

Perhaps something along the lines of:
Base Stats:
+30 Attack
+30 Defense
+30 Energy

And increased by +30 for every year you have spent with your current legion. Just a suggestion.

We could call it the Ballitznokicker.

For totally selfish reasons I would say -1. I like to move around and meet new ships in new legions. I have a home legion that I will always return to but I can't stay in the same place for too long.

Fair enough for moving around to different legions, maybe increase base stats or reduce duration to upgrade, as i said, it just rewards loyalty, any buffs couldn't be too significant simply b/c as said, people move around quite a bit.

I can see the YCTM rates jumping dramatically.
