I find it a bit annoying that whenever you uninstall a ship module, it takes you back to the first "page" of that module category. Specifically, I'm looking at Ion Pulse Ballistaes, which I uninstall before leveling up or using E cubes/Tri-matrixes. I have 3 or 4 pages of weapons on each side of the Ballistaes that I have to click through each time to uninstall each Ballistae, and then do the same when reinstalling them.
I think the ship module page should either keep you on the same page when uninstalling/reinstalling modules, or have some kind of search bar to locate specific modules.

Would just need a set of cookies to remember much like the game remembers to lock your minerals.

Yep, this would be so very much appreciated by me.
While we're asking, I'd love for all modules of a particular kind to be grouped, like a control panel. That way we could save a lot of space and get around so many pages of duplicated items just to engage/disengage whatever module.
Similar buttons for each module as exists now (Install/Uninstall, Sell/Repair etc), but perhaps spread horizontally across below the 1 image with description that is all you'd really need. As it is, it just seems a little clunky once you have around 50 weapons for instance.
Then you could just engage/disengage individual mods from the array.

Actually... Just a tip, the Ion Pulse BAstillae actually come to the first page if you click on the options bar. Or at least 3 of 'em.

Not for me, they don't. It seems kind of random as to which ones appear when you click Options.

It's not so much random as dependent on what you have on your ship. For example, if you don't have Dom cannons I, II or III, auto-blasters, tri-blasters and/or the cerulean fighter, then ion pulse ballistaes probably will be on the first page when you click Options.

+1 and while you're at it, add some sort of reasoning to the order of modules on the "Use an Ability" window. Or at the very least, don't re-order them when you use one of them

Asked around, and even with similar module loadouts the "Options" sort does not line up from ship to ship. If I had to guess I'd say it may be related to the order they were installed some such.

I'm pretty sure the options menu orders itself on how many credits you get if you sell the module
EDIT
Nope, this isn't the case. The only significant thing I can see is that modules you cannot uninstall all stick to one end. Maybe it's something like sale value/decks... Or condition.
