No, he read your post and realised that you asked for something that most people have been asking for for at least a year now. This was the feedback he gave you.
To re-phrase what he said: You said you disagree with an idea. You offered an "alternative" to it which was actually the same thing.
Don't jump to harsh conclusions when people give you feedback you don't like. What we're doing is essentially CONSTRUCTIVE criticism.
"Your idea is bad. Here is why it is bad. Here's what you can do to make future ideas better."
It may not be laid out perfectly and it may not be completely accurate but that's the gist of it. In this case;
Your idea is the same as everybody else's. In future, you can use the forum search function to make sure you are not just kicking a dead horse or aiding in the "broken record" theme of the forum.
