Just had an idea for a new artifact.

The Intercept Purger, a 5-10k artifact point draw

Completely clears battle tab of existing NPC's (all 2,3, or 4) and replaces with new random draws.

I remember suggesting something similar at some point, I think Dan said to look for it soon, but maybe he reconsidered the balance impact on letting people skip specific NPCs.

Given its potential, we decided instead to implement it as a player ability (with cooldown) rather than an artifact. You will see it very soon.

Is it going to be available to everyone or race specific?

I like the idea of being able to flush a full tab of warpers or siege cannons though
