I was thinking about it while looking at somebody's post (Talking about some guy raging) and thought about adding like a Nuked planet. You can use a CT lab artifact on a toxic that adds 2 of each production but adds the effect of Radiation (-90% population) |

Wouldn't it make more sense to turn the planet INTO a toxic and SUBTRACT 2 of each resource? The way you have it, people will just leave legion temporarily and have their legion mates nuke up the resources for easy maxed irradiateds since population is almost useless on planets. |
