What I mean by that is sort out who can see certain legion ads based on legion requirements.

Say for an example a rank 15 with no legion looks at the legion ads. With the current setup he/she can see all the legion ads but isn't made aware of the legion's requirements. So he/she blindly requests to join a legion with a higher spot on the ads list (because they cant be arsed to scroll down) just to get rejected moments later without notice.

But with my proposed setup legion ads are filtered based on the legion's requirements. So that rank 15 would no longer be able to see any of the legion ads with certain requirements. He/she would be able to see legions with lesser requirements where he/she meets the criteria.

With this setup rejects won't remain legionless and those who actually need more members would have them.
