I know it has been suggested before, but it is still an issue that I think needs addressing. Even moderate PvPing can get you Mani locked in less than 5 minutes. Some increase would go a long way to improving things Dan

What's moderate about taking 100 actions from 1 person?
It's fine as is. Makes people pvp day after day to get those badges they want.

It's fine as is. Makes people pvp day after day to get those badges they want. I wholly agree 100 actions from 1 enemy is vastly OP, hence why people who dont PvP much have 5 actions max. Those 5 actions mean after only 20 enemies I could be mani locked for the day, which for heavy PvPers isn't a great deal of enemies. I can see your argument re badges, but from my experience most people who get mani locked every day aren't doing one hack/disable per enemy so they aren't getting multiple badges.

You choose how to use your action limit.
50 reds and 50 yellows is quite reasonable. If you want to work towards the raid leaderboard you need to actually work towards it. Grab a smartphone and get in the habit of raiding every 15 minutes.
50 to 100 blues a day also reasonable. Only need 70 to rank Bainar each week. Laughably easy. Also quite simple to toss a hack out every 15 min or so

There is an obvious solution to this. Have per-player limits. Ie. you can only commit 5 actions against individual players. That way you can't bully an individual, and you'll constantly be on the hunt for fresh meat.

Whilst i like this idea, it would restrain the higher ranks (probably 2.5k+ rank) to far fewer possible actions per day due to the lower amounts of players in that rank range.

It's not tied to the attacker in any way (and starts at 8 actions higher than your example) so it is slightly different than your suggestion, but the end result is about the same.
