Hi ,
I was thinking that players should get medals for how long they have stayed in the same legion .
1 year : title the loyal x amount of medal points and maybe a small reward ( could be a small cashe 4 hours worth of production ? )
2 years : title the loyalist x amount of medal points and a better reward ( could be a 6 hour production cashe )
3 years : title the agrophobic x amount of medal points and reward ( could be a normal 8 hour production cashe )
4 years : the isolationist ?

Thoughts ?

Not the cache- that's nothing, in fact, if the medal were to be implemented, that'd have to be a lot bigger reward... The medal points. People are always after them, and having medal points awarded for not leaving legion (i.e.- no trades, as other people would also not want to leave legion, etc...) kills intragalactic trade.

The medal points awarded could be only 10 or so , basically this is just an idea to reward the folks that stay in a legion for a long period of time . Not to kill trading or anything else .

The point is... You want all those medal points, you have to stay in your legion for 4 years. So that is 4 years without being able to go to another legion to pick up planets or whatever. That does kill trading.

Players can get kicked from legions and there's the fact that policy changes in a legion sometimes require players to leave.

+1 to the suggestion, lol you have a choice to go for these medals or not, all I see is it increasing the you come to me prices.

Personally I would actually up the rewards and medal points significantly, 3 or 4 years in a legion should get something special to reward the loyalty.

Unfair advantage for legion members who have already been in a legion for over 4 years...

It's better than the 3 year medal.
No matter how hard some people try, they will never make it to 1st on the medal board until all the people playing longer quit.

I like this medal but 4 years is a tad much.
Cap it at 1 year but repeatable reward for every year or if you leave and hit 1 year again.
Artifact that gives you loyalty instantly.
Not overpowered for someone to do this once a year.

If this were to be added, massive YCTM and ICTY prices will arise, and some even paid. Or they'all hire carriers...

I don't what's so hard about staying in one legion for a year. Not sure if it really needs to be rewarded but then I've never been a big fan of the whole medal concept.

Slightly off-topic, can anyone (besides Dfire) beat this?
