Nothing fancy, just a "trap" to place on your planet(s)) that alerts you when the planet is scanned. Will help in planet defense a tiny bit. Call it a wave detector trap or some such.

Can we bring those back, that would be tanfastic. I was thinking more simply a trap that just alerts the owner when the planet is scanned, might narrow down planet defense some, allowi ng the owner some time for corrective measures. Additional info such as who scanned the planet could be useful too. The pathway trap had additional effects which wouldn't be included here, this could be a "swamp" version of the pathway detector. And if these or the original pathway detector were readily accessible that would be even better, and less time consuming than hundreds of flux probes and hours of clicking, in fact if this was a "recipe" item, flux probes could be used in it's creation.

This actually sounds kind of cool. Some people will scan a good planet and "hunker down" for a while while they make certain preparations to take it (I know that I do this). Problem would be that it makes the higher level players' planets even more indestructible than before, because they'll just put these on every one of the planets they own.
