A purchaseable article from the store that costs minimum gp but provides medal points to the player that uses it:
Changes an enemy players name for 24 hours. Standard rules that apply to naming planets. I think it'd be a way for dan to get more cash money and us to get more medal points not to mention it'd be kind of funny. Either way I figured why not toss it out there for fun?
As ICBLF pointed out, the potential for abuse and thus significantly increased complaints to the Devs means this concept is a -1.
There is a difference between naming planets, which are still somewhat checked in terms of things obviously offensive and naming players.
e.g.
Jormangundr takes "sapir" from me and because we're in a bit of a continued brawl, renames it Fear's lament to add a bit of salt and get the medal...
Even if i'm annoyed, it only takes a purger to move on.
Jorm under your example changes my name to Poopyhead or hey something not obviously offensive but still offensive like child-lover or what not...
In today's politically correct society practically every derogatory name is inappropriate and you can not call someone a name based on race, gender, age etc without there being a potential argument of discrimination...
so yes... even Old Fart while possibly true would be a no-no.
So sorry, but i'm afraid even if you got a 1000 plus ones and they all spent money in game, Dan and the devs would still say HELL NO TYVM.
