We had a person who was below me in rankings who attacked me continually; and was defeated; somehow he changed his name and when I formed a new legion; he requested to be a member and was brought in. Over time he was promoted to an officer position and ended up being a "spy" and acted to dismiss many new members we had recruited who were below his rank. Because he had been promoted to an "officer" position; he had the authority to kick out members; he had kicked out the new members whose rankings were below 20 who we were grooming. Then I kicked him out.

Now we cannot get to him and many in my league want to go after him for his betrayal.

We would like a single member name attack on the battle tab to go after both individuals in other leagues as well as WAR tabs to declare war on the entire league which the person is attached.

There seems to be NO WAY to get to a person like this or his legion; unless we happen to come across their name on the battle tag limited "10".

I can see some merit in this, but also much more potential for abuse. Bullies could single out individual players, who may have spited them for any reason at all (or for that matter for no reason) , and bomb the living heck out of them till they have to quit altogether or restart.
