First I think that leader should be able to reply on any member or officers ship comm to any person who has written on their ship comm.
You mean that you can talk to people who haven't written on your comm, instead there legionary that, say, wrote an abusive msg...im a 1/2. but that is what alerts are for...
i mean so things dont need to escalate into a war (not that i mind at all) but many small alertable offences could be talked over easier than alerting for a zeroing then getting alerted etc, or even involving other officer or leader through the o comm.

Second maybe renaming exotica to earth, changing pic and story line as well or add another contested planet mission chain. you would think that earth would be a a very valuable asset.
No, i believe that earth should be added, but either as a new contested planet...or some kinda of income or mission center ?. But i like the idea
yeah or each races has a home-world that only can be guarded by ships (no def, att or pop structures unless passive) and maybe artis only found on that races planet. or even only guarded by that race or allied races etc

Third at least mission planets should be able to rewrite over reality transfusers perm effect, im stuck with small moons....
