Can I just not have the +3 to decks Dan? I wish I could actually take off some decks....now that would be a nice ARTI to obtain somehow (assuming damage cap remains as is) something that can shed decks for at the cost of ctp, crew, creds, GP, whatever!

Maybe make it a legion mission ARTI that can reduce the decks just saying, some of us could undo some newcomer mistakes

You and many others would like this, However as all the SSB people will tell you "it will make our build pointless because everyone will become SSB" ((maybe because SSB is just too good but I digress)))
Yes I realize their may be logistic problems if you use it and go in the negatives, the clear solution would be you can't use the artifact unless you have "unused " decks.....

But seriously dont. Just do like I would, hold onto it untill you need to add more decks eg after you have ranked into ssb or want to add something more shiny and use it, gaining 3 decks per use with the added bonus of the engineers and such. I do the same with lazuli parts vaults instead of shipbots. Think of it as a shipbot++. A shipbot that gives added benifits.

You want to undo your newbie mistakes? Reset and you can build a ssb if you want to. Otherwise you build a dang good msb or lsb instead or rank into a ssb...

Honestly Pennsyltucky, unless you have gone on some mad, GP-fueled 1000-rank spree in the last month, worrying about adding a couple of decks at this stage is a bit pointless.

Assuming you are not already at 2000+ decks, I really don't think you have anything to worry about.
