So I have noticed a trend like most of you all have. Legion mission high demands on EM. Now my premise is this... We can turn research into CR. We can turn Minerals into CR. We get Em from our mineral shipment. Therefore, we should be able to have an contract for EM. Say 1 Em per 100 research traded this way. obtainable by ____________. |

would need way more than 100:1 though like 500 or even 1000 reserch to the EM. |
