It's great that ship effects stack; instead of seeing three entries for Velox Thrusters, there's only one with a (3 Active) note. However, that note is on a new line, which takes up a lot of space and overall is hard on the eye.

I suggest changing the stacking effect format from

Velox Thruster: Defense +5%
(3 active)

to either

Velox Thruster (3 active): Defense +5%

or

Velox Thruster: Defense +5% (3 active)

so that it only takes up one line and you can scan straight down the list of effects on the left side without being interrupted by numbers.

In addition, with so many base modules giving bonuses, I propose that they also stack.

-1 I personally do not see any problem with the current system.

Here, I'll post an example:

TitanProxy Effect: Scan +4%
Velox Thruster Effect: Defense +5%
(3 Active)
Merged DataNode Effect: Defense +4%
Mega-Coil Repulstor Effect: Npcdefense +5%
(3 Active)
Surge Plexus Effect: Npcattack +5%
(3 Active)
Tetra-Seek Targeter Effect: Baseattack +5%
(3 Active)
Kalvium Fortified Plating Effect: Hull +5%
(2 Active)
Aegis Capacitor Effect: Shield +5%
(3 Active)
Coalition Database Effect: Cloak +8%
(2 Active)
T-Plasma Gemini Cannon Effect: Trigger damage
Kronyn TransThruster Effect: Npcdefense +5%
Auto-Evasion Node Effect: Defense_adaptation +3%
Atmospheric Decimator Effect: Invade +7%
(2 Active)
Trinity-Core Drive Effect: Defense_adaptation +8%
(2 Active)

which is 23 lines, versus

TitanProxy Effect: Scan +4%
Velox Thruster Effect (3 Active): Defense +5%
Merged DataNode Effect: Defense +4%
Mega-Coil Repulstor Effect (3 Active): Npcdefense +5%
Surge Plexus Effect (3 Active): Npcattack +5%
Tetra-Seek Targeter Effect (3 Active): Baseattack +5%
Kalvium Fortified Plating Effect (2 Active): Hull +5%
Aegis Capacitor Effect (3 Active): Shield +5%
Coalition Database Effect (2 Active): Cloak +8%
T-Plasma Gemini Cannon Effect: Trigger damage
Kronyn TransThruster Effect: Npcdefense +5%
Auto-Evasion Node Effect: Defense_adaptation +3%
Atmospheric Decimator Effect (2 Active): Invade +7%
Trinity-Core Drive Effect (2 Active): Defense_adaptation +8%

which is only 14 lines. There's no reason that the number of times the effect is applied should be equally important as the name of the effect. Each effect should only take up one line; there's no need to take two, the screen's wide enough. This would make it easier to scroll through.

And thus akward mediocrity reigned for a thousand years in the kingdom of Biped.

I dont see this as a huge problem

the system we have now is a lot better then back when you had one line pr system, and could find your 3 Dark AssemblyBot Effect : Upkeep -5% spread out randomly at 3 difrent Places on the list

so would prefere to have Dan Work on upgrades that actualy have some ingame effects, like new mission chains, new legion missions and new NPC's instead of this

I'd rather them to be sorted in a categorized manner than worry about the collapsing part...
that said, still rather insignificant, unless it's a VERY quick fix, would rather want something more useful like... artifact multi use...
