One that upgrades a random ship module (attack,def,hull,energy ect..) on your ship by 25% upto 100%. And possibly even allow it to stack onto already maxed modules allowing a further 100%. This is just something that will keep us going for a long while as there are so many modules out there and more on the way. Not sure on the method of receiving this artifact. But i like the idea, what do everyone else think?

Good boost for lower ranks while higher ranks won't notice the dent next to their hundreds of thousands of T.O.s + 1 |

If it was an artifact available from hourly pulls all you'd be doing is increasing the ship strength of high AP ships even faster than currently occurs. Not sure if this was your plan, but for game balance I'd have to say it's probably not the best idea. |

But there's a maximum % boost and high ranking ships won't notice the boost where as it could add another half onto the stats of weaker ships. |

Would have to be a mission artifact. If it were from AP pulls its a waste of AP. If it were from an NPC, its a waste of what is after all, a finite use reward. |
