So its been around a year since its introduction, and i figured i would bring up the notion that was discussed at the time, about the drop rate and the spawn rate.
At the time Dan, you entertained the idea of looking at the drops/spawn rate again once the NPC pool was a little more diluted.
I've since seen first hand that the NPC pool is diluted fine post 2200, i don't get more fabs, queens or any other elites than others do in my legion. I get the same amount as i always have.
In fact, with the nerfed spawn rate of the Dark Mass Carrier along with the drops and the %'s of those drops, it effectively takes 8x the effort to get one of these NPC's and actually obtain a terraformer from the NPC.
I'm all for balancing the game and all, but don't you think its about time to at least entertain the idea of bringing back the Troop Carrier/Dark Arms Carrier/Blade Harvester into the post 2200 game, and make the Dark Mass Carrier a rank 1k Elite, visible to ranks 800-9999.
At the very least, do something about the drops. I still to this day have zero use for krionite torpedo's/toxic purifiers, and i've yet to encounter a rank 2200+ that uses them(as most have hundreds/thousands saved up still),
or add some new NPC's that do something to planets as well.....Either way, the game desperately needs more NPC's for the later ranks, as well as more incentives to keep playing/clicking.
FYI: This is not a whining thread, this is a thread to bring to Dan's attention, that he did say he would revisit this, and this is a reminder to him, to pay that visit.
