Mission:Intercept Enemy Cruisers

I noticed when finishing this mission up the other day that when disabled i could do this mission even with the chance for damage to be done.
Im not sure if this is known or if it was just overlooked, but i figured id mention it. I figured it would of had the "ungray requirement" of having a certain hull amount to be able to do it like most other mission with a chance for damage.
