Post subject:  secondary effects/mods due to updates

calming amplifiers cost 5 energy to use but since they can be vacated by use of a containment missile now, why not lower the energy requirement or maybe change effect a bit.

lol i liked the original setup with them, is there some way to add a new artifact with same old effect(containment missile proof) with maybe a higher energy cost?
