If it isn't obvious, there are a ton of people out there now hacking their hearts out. This means less halced ships and a lot more people TO hack or kill or hull test.
Take advantage now, the die hards will finish the raven chain within 30 -35 days, but there may be a lot of people slow playing it--and that can only mean more fun and less untargetable peeps!

If you ever wanted to upgrade modules, earn medals, or just plain be a mad phat killer/hacker, do it!
