you should be able to use Star Chart Purger on a planet that you cant use artifact on otherwise you will not be able to remove it. |

Although I feel your pain, as I'm sure most of us do, unfortunately going to have to be a -1 from me. If you want the planet removed from your scans, then invade it (or pay someone to invade it) and destroy the inhibitor and abandon. |

Same here, I make them like that so I can get rid of the crap planets |

I would have invaded the planet if i wanted that planet. Should be able remove a planet from my planet database. this artifact should be able to be used on planet that does not allow you to use artifact. |

As mentioned before, -1 because the whole point of the warp inhibitor is to prevent people from using artifacts, not just including but especially star chart purgers. I pretty much only put them on planets I want somebody to take and abandon because they can't purge them to save myself the 5GP cost of abandoning. |

They SHOULD be void once a player goes Inactive for X amount of time, though. Otherwise it is just making scanning good planets harder and so few good ones are left. |

Technically, youre not using the purger on the planet. Youre using the purger on your own database, so it should work |

what he said...conceptually hard to imagine i cant wipe my own database from "knowing" that planet is out there |
