I need to install more than 1 DB at once. I have over 500!

Post subject:  I need to install more than 1 DB at once. I have over 500!
I have 558 Durtanium Brackets. When I type 558 in the "Quantity" field, and press "Use," I will only use up 1 of those brackets, not all 558 of them.

You know what that means? Installing all Durtanium Brackets will be time-consuming. (On the bright side, it makes watching YT videos more bearable, being the kind of guy who'd like to multitask nearly everything.)

But taking all afternoon to click away all DBs can tax my finger and possibly the touchpad's left button.

Countless other players will thank you too, especially when they don't have enough free time in the day. Thanks. - Asheron

Seriously? You really only *just* realised this? And you have a whole 558 to install?

Actually, I realized this for quite some time; I just hoped the dev(s?) would have fixed this problem by now, so I waited, patiently.

I've waited long enough, so I decided to raise attention to this problem.

Yeah, I had 558, now I have 270. So what if I neglected adding DBs for quite some time? A lot of us neglect some aspects of the game too.

Honestly, I'm not sure I can think of any composition that is quite sad enough to truly reflect the story so far.
Perhaps I should just bang my head against a doleful gong instead.

you think 500 artifact is a problem :)

just wait until you have Tesseract Container (Uses Left: 11650) sitting in your cargo
or Android Scientist (Uses Left: 8486).....

I could install them, but is the gain realy worth the endless hours of clicking, clicking and clicking it would take ?
for me, the answer to that is simply NO.....

I think it's been obvious its not in the game plan...so i have accepted that, so the repeated posting noses out the lead.

Alien Data Disc (Uses Left: 16802) and you thought 500 was bad lol i do not even use these unless i am bored most of the time i wait til i got 10k to 20k then i hit scrap

Years later, why is this STILL not taken care of?

If I want to use 200 at a time, I'd like to type 200 in the quantity field and have it consume 200.

So why do we STILL not have this yet?

558 is not a particularly high number, and I'm guessing your connection must not be that fast.

I've done thousands in one batch before and didn't take that long. Here's my advice, every time you collect artifact, just add these so you don't end up with a big clicking fest taking up too much of your time.

Also, it may be worth asking how exactly you're adding them.. if its from the 'Trade' tab, that actually takes longer to add brackets compared to pulling up your artifact window (via "use an artifact") and using them.

I am not a techie. What I've heard is that it would be too easy to hack/cheat, but who knows. The reality is, it's Dan's game, and if he doesn't want to do it, he won't. As I mentioned in another reply, we have a CT lab item to convey 1k Rescued Prisoners to either 6k Tacs or 6k Engineers now. The rest, you have to click.

on positive side, we did get the two ct lab discoveries that can be used for massive (6k bump) of energy or attack.... we are about 2 more short (xcells and brackets) and then i say its job complete. Use all , meh. Not enough peeople left now. If you're still reading this, you have long ago consented to absently click away for hours if you really want to use your collectibles.
