Propaganda center, planet structure 5 space 1000 pop Min 1 art 1 res 1 All resources +1% Passive ability : invasion support Bonuses double for 24 hours after a successful invasion If the player successfully invades again during that time , the bonuses double again to +4all +4% . If the player invades a third time within 24 hours the effect is permanent and adds 4000 pop During this time an invasion that fails resets the effect to norm Ok might need tweaks aaaaaand go.... |

Personally, I don't like the idea of deliberately encouraging high value footballs and suspect the developer may well feel the same way. |
