We all know... the game is slowly dying, not a lot of new player, we rarely get trainee and even rarer trainee that will actualy play. We see lot of Publicity of other game on facebook, or play a game and reach rank 10 to get reward for other game. I think its the time Dan to do some publicity for the game to bring new fresh blood on this game before it die. I doubt people cant agree with this idea haha |

New Player Retention is a big deal with most games. It's not a problem unique to GL. However, being what the game is now (dated), certainly doesn't help. Some people like that sort of thing, though. The game needs an overhaul and re-vamp; a dedicated desktop and mobile client would be stellar. GL could potentially divest itself from Facebook entirely, and head to the app stores and Steam, etc. I imagine it would be a major undertaking to do, though...and Dan seems to be fairly hands-off right now (which is fine and understandable, not a complaint). The Infinite Black is doing it, funding via Kickstarter (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/96 ... -expansion). It's suffered from the same (dated) issues GL has had. I'd totally support some sort of crowd-funded Galaxy Legion project like this, though. |

I don't think advertisement is the way to go, because Galaxy Legion has too many issues that can't be addressed without screwing over a lot of players at this point. What the game needs is a complete reboot. A Galaxy Legion 2, if you will. However, I doubt Dan has any interest in that. |
