Well its a possible solution for slow rankers/collectors. And everyones rank will increase if they dont collect.... |

Slow rankers/collecters will just login more to get around the exp, it wouldn't change anything. |

Once because they are losing ap to cap, second because their getting xp from it. And yeah, slow rankers will just log in more frequently. |
