A new ultra rare npc The Programmer If it appears on the battle tab of anyone in the legion , it gets automatically alerted to every active player in the legion. Rank is irrelevant. You cant attack it , and you can only hack it . using the rng, danmath, and some randomness, a number of things could happen when it expires, at the whim of the programmer: : Your base gets disabled Every ship in the legion gets disabled Every player gets 1-5 blockades The current LM automatically fails Hacks of all players in the legion have a 10% added chance of crit fails for a day Raids of all players in the legion have a 10% added chance of crit fails for a day Your base's next shipment is doubled/halved Every active ship in the legion gets +/- 50% shields and hull for a day Every active ship in the legion gets +/- 25% attack or defense for a day The current LM gets +25% success rate Hacks +10 crit success chance for a day for active players in the legion Raids +10% to amount raided for a day All players in the legion have calming amps and halcyon traps stripped and nullified Cloak +/- 10% everyone in legion, a day Scan +/- 10% everyone in legion , a day Raix effect to all players in legion's npc tab A mission that is started but not completed is reset so all progress toward the completion is lost , all players The next daily mission each player finishes has its timer halved/doubled
