Mylarai Disassembler Drops:- Mylarai Structural Disassembler Destroys an extractable structure on an inactive owned enemy planet and credits it's scrap value to the player. Used in the same way as a Mylarai Build Extractor. |

Maybe add : Pop must be under 100 Limit to att, def, invasion att/def structures Enemy player must be inactive at least 6 months |
