nah, you shouldn't be able to target them directly since they are on the battle tabs of the planet owner.

what you MIGHT be able to do is entice the entity to one of your own planets. this might be something that Dan could consider for this year's chuhn special arti, with an associated medal for 10 entity transfers. the arti would act like a purger for the target enemy planet with an entity, with a 50% chance that the entity would clone itself to appear around one of your own planets at random (and thus join your battle tab).

benefits: encourages more scanning and checking enemy planets for entities. the cloning would then not have to muck with the original entity orbiting around the enemy planet, while the purge ensures that you can't just repeat continuously on the same planet.

EDIT: also .. this might encourage the production of a couple rifts if someone manages to scan a planet with a Chaotic ArcRift Entity
