Something in the Collective Theory Lab and help those looking to complete their Infinite Wisdom medal too, the artifact opens a 6-hour window to a random seasonal event from during the previous 365 days, granting the player access to the GP artifact market items for that specific event, NPC hunting and medal progress etc.

Further ideas and development of the above are needed, from the "Cool sounding name", "Alien Race 'responsible' for...", it's "Backstory... rips/tears hole in space-time, etc.", access to season missions, cooldown window, to the need of reduced or even increased chances of finding seasonal NPC's to alert to the rest of the legion??

I bet it would be a moneymaker for Dan. i'd want it to have insane CT Lab cost, and maybe a cooldown of one month if they didn't buy a GP item, otherwise it'd be too easy for people to go back again and again until they got the one they wanted

Opening it for NPCs sounds like it would be a pain in the butt to code, but I'm not a coder
