A space dock that allows you to salvage spent rank points. Something like a 72hr dock for retrofitting. Minus 2 spent rank points from the ship crew and size, producing 1 one spendable rank point. While in dock, player will be unable to attack, scan for planets, etc, and/or access the trade function and all planetary production is reduced by 50%. Just another random thought.
