I was looking at the base research tree and the one for the Theory Lab says this:


New methods and techniques for cooperative involvement in studying advanced prototypes and designs within a legion base.

I was thinking, that for every person who has that researched, it should increase the chances of finding a new blueprint by a certain amount, it doesn't have to be a whole lot, but it would help some, it makes sense, and it would ease peoples stress about using the lab and would give people an incentive to research into the base other than to just donate

the incentive would mostly be for the lower levels that don't have a lot of research and their investments into base research costs them a lot personally, especially for those that research into the base, only to not be able to donate when the base levels up. this way all that research goes to something good and doesn't end up as a total waste
