Sometimes some NPC drops are too common :
Dark Void ACFs Crimson Obelisks Interrogation Stronghold Drannik Power cores Stryll Prey tracker Dark Complex Thruster Dark Ring Thruster Orbital Mass Disruptor Korteth Plating TO Force Barrier TO Gigapulser Shadin AI Core Shadin Supercomputer Stryll Seeker Stryll Trap Probes Shad'in Algorithms
Those above are the ones that high rankers get too many of , i sometimes alert a Xavok or a Dark Ring noone's willing to hit it cuase the rewards are useless.
Perhaps, we can add these to the CT lab creates eg-
Galactic Tracking Core 20 Shadin Supercomputers , 20 Shadin AI Cores
- Adds 1 NPC Slot -
Integrity Analyzer 30 Stryll Trap Probes, 20 Stryll Seekers, 10 Stryll Prey Trackers Displays the amount of hull left when fighting enemy players
Prototype Battlecruiser 10 Dark Ring Thrusters, 10 Dark Complex Thrusters, 30 Interrogation Strongholds, 10 Korteth Platings, 10 Korteth Twin Blasters, 10 Drannik Power Cores
Constructs a Prototype Battlecruiser. Used to Assign to guard a planet. Can be targeted as an NPC. When Disabled, requires 200 Million CR to repair and to re-use . 5000 Def. 5000 Attack. 5000 Hull 5000 Shields. 1000 Cloaking. Damage Cap is 500. ----------------------------------------------------------------------
Other Notes :
I know some issues arise such as the artifacts can be scrapped for Complex Tech parts which are in high demand and that high rankers are no longer eligible to see it. Maybe we can make the modules sendable to only the players who are too high ranked to obtain them. Can be abused by multi, i know , but majority of the modules require you to be rank 150+ to fight them. I doubt there are many Rank 150 multis anyway, it could be a boost for them since, high rankers can probably pay well for the lower rankers.

remember, you can outrank many npc drops. the actual list could include Stryll Trap Probes Shad'in Algorithms Orbital Mass Disruptor Dark Void ACFs Crimson Obelisks but the rest are limited drops that arnt available to everyone. especially players like reverus or frail. but for the most part i agree. ive already suggested such a system. but nothing yet. :'(

I was thinkin' of making them sendable to the ones that are no longer eligible to see it.

I agree with Vekno's modified list, though I'd add Shockpulse Chargers, Stryll Seekers, and Crimson Amplifiers; anything NPCs drop besides modules, CTP is good enough for the modules. I know the Amplifiers and Seekers stop showing up, but I'm guessing they'll be replaced soon enough.

Maybe add terraformers, krionite torpedoes, quantum bombs, planet fluxs and quasi spacial expanders to the list.

Why would you want to get rid of terraformers? Unless every planet you own is 15x or higher?

i think people would be pretty pissed if they discovered an artifact that used terraformers, fluxes, or expanders. at most they would be able to make one their entire gl career, and unless they bought the artifacts it would take them hundreds, if not thousands of levels to get it. i like getting rid of npc artifacts, and even adding krionite torpedos to the list considering i have maybe 20+ of them in my cargo and never plan on using them, but unless terraformers, fluxes, and expanders are readded to the artifact draw that gets a -1.

Ghostly Terraforming Device Costs: 5 Terraformers 3 QSEs 3 Flux Orbs
Transforms a gas, plasma, or oceanic planet into a ghost planet, with the stats: Massive, Mining: None, Artifact: Mega Rich Research: Ultra Rich. Also fluxes the planet, and adds 15k cloak.

Also fluxes the planet, and adds 15k cloak. way too underpowered for the price. why would i not just make my colossal plasmas better? most players plasmas are already xmegarich. this would be a downgrade in most cases. In order to be efficient and appealing to players it would have to be at least a megacolossal 15x-17x megarich planet. the cost is half of a mission exotic, and a third of the dyson mission with some fluxes thrown in. id expect something similar to a mission exotic out of this. But the problem is there are many people who pay for this game. this would give them a huge advantage over a nonccer. so thats why i dont think this would work in the game.

Yeah. It would take alot of thought to get it right... Um... how about: 3 Terraformers, 2 QSEs, 3 Temporal Flux Orbs Increases the size by 2, and resources by 2 of gas planet, converting it into a Ghostly planet. When attacked, it fluxes itself after 1 week of peace.
This sound any better?

i like the effect, but i still feel its weak compared to the price. pretty much the cost makes it look very similar to the mission exotic, so if this was a ct lab drop then every player in the legion would get an infinitely repeatable way to get planets of the mission exotics caliber. i do think the automatic infinite temporal flux orb on the planet is cool tho. makes it very hard for players to lock your planets down in their system. but it may be overpowered considering it takes quite a bit of energy just to get one tfo.
