 Cloaking Device Ability

I was thinking about adding a cloaking ability that was more like sci-fi versions of the cloaking device. I'm sure similar things have been proposed with cloaking.

Cloaking Device:

Adds 50% to cloaking for aslong as the device is active
Cannot attack/hack while cloaked but can be attacked (not sure if that would work since truce +1 counts for both attack/defense)
Removes all shields
Once the device is deactivated a 6 hour cooldown

Since you can't attack or hack during this time you would mainly use the 50% bonus from being seen by other players on the battle tab and the bonus would apply to being hacked in defense. That's the only reason I'd suggest a high bonus like 50% since that's the only way the ability would be valuable - from being seen/hacked by higher level players.

if this device is active then it should reduce total energy by 15% and reduce energy recharge rate by 20%.

Firstly, you can get 60% cloak through Zolazin Spy. naturally.

Instead of an ability how about a new artifact,
Using the battle badges idea, how about increasing your cloak by "40%" for 1 hour for 15 hacking badges.

How ever the draw back is you can not raid as the cloak is in effected.
and can not be removed by a containment missile.
