I had an idea for a new arti- thalon pulser
it kills 5 crew members on the enemy ship, usable only after being disabled by the enemy.
cost- 25000 Ap

That sounds like a bad idea; it's not going to help the user that much, but it could be fairly harmful to players, if a lot of them are used. I guess it could be useful for somebody you're particularly annoyed with, or if you like to make enemies, but it doesn't help with just playing the game very much, so I'm not sure it'd be that great.

then maybe it could instantly disable a ship?

why? why would i want a person hundreds of ranks lower than me able to disable me instantly with all the time ive spent researching and npc farming? dosnt seem like a good plan to me....

im level 206, and have 51000 max ap. therefore a rank 96 could get this. 110 ranks below me. when im rank 300 they will be 204 ranks below me. just saying, it really unbalances the game. especially since someone rank 180 could possible show up on my battle tab at rank 300. i constantly get hammered by 350+ people when i hit a firewall and show up on the tab. it would be really unfair to be able to automatically kill them once they disable me.

this would ompletly unbalance the game cause i could kill nocifer every time i get one... it would make the game very random so i would LOL
