ok so we take the cloaking bonus by a playable race that you currently are and then we add it to the planets that you own so its like the vygoid research bonus.

cloak on planets is really pointless now. unless they fix it so cloak scales like attack/defense, theres no point.

k, two things... you problably dont have any cloak so you have problably been randomly hit a heck of a lot of times and second its guns 'n roses not and ya frickn grammer cop i wonder what slash would think about this lol
