we all know this moves a planets development forward one day, so how about an artifact that does the opposite? that It reverses the development by one day?

maybe call it a Chrono-shift Vortex

what do you reckon? a possibility or a bad idea?

Seems like a bad idea im, why would you wanna get worse resource production? D:

come to think of it, yeah that actually is pretty bad.

ok, maybe a better idea,

keep the artifacts name as above, but it removes all buildings, traps etc ( or 5 random traps/buildings) built/placed in the last 24 hours on that planet. it doesn't affect its output any way nor will it remove a guard ( we have the wormholes for that )

this might be better as if you are planning to invade it you don't wanna have naff resource production, besides most planets i invade i need to demolish for the better stuff anyway as they usually only have tier 2 or tier 3 buildings on them. it wouldn't make invading cheaper as there will be more buildings to replace, but it upsets the targets income as they'll need to replace the buildings/traps that have been removed from the shift back in time to bring back their original income.

Maybe a Ennemy planet use artifact. Make some sense.

i personally think its a pointless/annoying adea because it serves no actual purpose but to annoy someone.

What about an Artifact chassis to speed up the days of development?

Time Machine
5000 AP
Size: 1
Speeds up development by +100% (which means 2.5 days for peaked status)
Limit: 1 per planet
Once peaked, the Time Machine warps out of the planet. (does not go into artifact storage)

Or an Artifact:

Time Warp
2500 AP
Instantly speeds up the development of a planet by 2 days
Costs: 10 energy
Limit: Once every 2 hours
