Current in-game chat is hard to skim/read partly because the names are all the same. It is however easier if you name is in the chat log, because your name is colored differently. Adding from this, it would be helpful if all names in the chat were colored, blue, brown, green, etc, so we can follow the conversation more easily and encourage members to read the comm more often, and keep up to date.

i like this idea. i find it hard to read when i go to read posts i missed while i was gone. color coding names would definitly be better. |

I like the idea, but it may be difficult to come up with 51 easily distinguished and readable colors. 50 for the max number of members plus 1 for Officer conversations. |

I'd settle for 3 colors, or even one color with different tones. |

good idea but instead of having it randomly available you should be able to choose what color your name is like you would choose a font color |

i agree, there is something similar in a live chat i use for another game, there are around 8 colours and 2 tones of each, light and dark that would make it easier, as i have trouble to skim read when everyone's font colour is the same from the exception of mine which is green ( as is everyone else's who puts their own message ) |

bump. easy reading = more active participation in legion matters and = more $ rolling in (overall). if users just come in and spend energy and get out, they don't use $. and this is also (relatively) easy to update. win-win |
