Here is a new trap. Although it has very little power, it's potential can be devastating.
Homing Beacon: attacking ship gains 'beacon flare' for 3 days. Any alerts on effected ship cannot time out until beacon flare ends.
This means that the trap itself alerts for 3 days, any legion shares of the player last just as long, and if they ever trigger alerts from a completely different legion, that legion's share of the player will last longer too!
Essentially, triggering a Homing Beacon paints a huge bullseye on the attacker's ship for everyone to see. Though the beacon flare can be removed with null fuses, it gives more randomization to which effect is removed (when multiple traps hit).
Please give feedback on this, as I know this will spark a lot of debate of its usefulness.
