Officer/Leader "chat alert"

 I would like to see a new command for officers and leaders to make one "minin announcement" stick out in the chat only, something like this:
 Command could be /i <text> or /important <text> _________________ Leader and co-founder of The Unknown.  H Having A Anger T Toward E Everyone R Reaching S Success -- Galactic Encyclopedia |

+1 from me, chat alerts would be a useful addition. It still annoys me how people ignore the chat.
