The NAPs need improvement, they are too basic. All what they do is warn us when we are about to attack each other. How about we have their planets as friendly planets and change the Legion Planet Tab to Friendly Planet Tab. And lets eliminate the possibility of them showing up on the Battle Tab.

a NAP is just as the name suggests:
a Non-Aggression Pact.

As the time ticks down on the HUGE legion update Dan is working on, I'm just going to wait for it.
