 The Crimson Cluster Project repeatable

ok, should explain itself, The Crimson Cluster Project requires an artifact, and a bit of energy each time, so I don't see why we shouldn't be able to repeat it

maybe... the zolazin saboteur has infinite cluster missiles. this would kind of take away their specialty. now, im all for this, as i would definitly use cluster missiles more often if i knew i could get more. but im just not sure this would work.

valid point, but it takes a lot of containment missiles and energy, so I think it will keep the saboteur bonus very worth while to have, and higher ranks never have enough missions, so this might help

That's part of the point, to have you not use them too often. If these were unlimited most people would entirely give up on defending planets in general (unless they were over-defending it while waiting to use a Flux). I just finished researching the best attack and defense structures so that all my planets will have something to protect them from random attacks, but if this were repeatable having a few of those structures wouldn't mean anything. I think 20 is plenty; save them for something you really care about, just like with everything that's limited.

Agree, infinite cluster missiles is a bad thing for 98% of the players.

Those like Ni, Dysonians etc would love it because they could get a few a day to help with planetary invasion... the rest of us would get a much smaller benefit.

Limited number = good.
