super rare elite npc that drops an artifact that swaps your planets resources completely random sorry i wasn't specific enough what i ment was if your artifact is 2x mega rich and your research was average and you received the artifact then you would be able to swap the two but its random so you could wind up with 2x mega rich mining |

if you colonized a very large extremely sparse, then you have a chance to make it anything from a very sparse to a 48x megarich. |

oh i see but then it is almost too sure to get a x_ mega rich because there are from x1 mega rich to x48 mega rich so the possibility is greater unless u are very unlucky do u guys get what i am saying? |

yeah. i really cant see this artifact being implemented... but you never know. this may have inspired a different idea from a different player. |

Actually, not for planet but as a building .. remember extractor was +4 mining -2 artifact ? That's how I think of "swapping" resources, and that's do-able. Extend the idea to the artifact pool, something that's like +3 <one of the three> and -1 to the other 2 resource types, gives you 3 arti buildings. Or in the more extreme version, something that's like +4-5 but eliminates the other two resource collections entirely. |
