I think that planet fluxes, terraforming devices, and quisi-spacial expanders should be brought back to artifact shipments like they used to be. T.O. troop carriers are to rare |

I don't know about that.. Since completing the Terra Project I find a Troop Carrier about every second or third day or so. Now the terraformer to expander ratio I think does need adjusted a bit in favor of the expander. |

The Terra Device and QSE was remove from AP shipment praticaly in same time of the Att/def/cloak +10k passive bonus on the Exotic and Dyson made. Make the mission more hard to completed, but the reward is greater. |

Someone did indeed get a flux from artifacts, but it's like finding a Dyson on a scan. The rarity is on purpose. One reason is to prevent massive boosting of planets (anymore) and probably to drive some sales of those items. While people complained, there has to be something rare. Just grind long enough you will get stuff. |

I observe about 1 in 400 TO Carrier spawn rate. |

they are really hard to find. i think dan should make another mission like traking the contacts. i got 3 from that |

I have found a total of about 8 expanders and i kill a lot of npcs I would like them to be more common. Oh well. not likely. |
